The Headwaters trail is an old logging road in the trees, popular for snowshoeing. From Bogus Basin Rd. you’ll descend down to a creek–be mindful that you’ll have to climb back out!
Recent Trail Reports
- October 11, 2022 at 6:51 pmCurrently dry but there are many gullies and some loose sand. Hiking is ok but biking would be tough. There is still some growth of bushes into the trail but it is easily passable. Hiked today from the parking area off BB road down to the creek and back. A slog uphill coming back!
- June 16, 2021 at 2:41 amNot as much deadfall as overgrowth of bushes covering the trail. Expect to forge through or bring your machete!
