AKA Hero Dirt. Yes, your ideal conditions that you want to hit up first before any of your friends find out. Sure you want to keep it low key, but be a good trail steward and let your buddies know its time to shred.

Face trail is a beautiful singletrack traverse across the face of Shafer Butte and the Bogus Basin ski hill. The north section is basically flat. After crossing a couple of rock outcroppings, the trail becomes a legitimate downhill that forces you to choose between taking in the big views and keeping your eyes pinned on the fast-moving trail.
