Trail is riding well right now and there are no reports of mud, deadfall, or snow.

Dog Head is a skittery, hardscrabble trail for those who like it raw. It’s technical, but not rocky or rooty: it’s technical only because it’s narrow, often overgrown, and the drop off the side of the trail is steep. Dog Head makes a nice short loop with Highland Valley trail.
